Across multiple projects commissioned by the CHRO, I conceptualised and produced corporate videos for high-stakes audiences — including ST Logistics' Board of Directors, Senior Management, and distinguished guests such as the Deputy Secretary-General of NTUC and the Chief Executive of SSG at the STL-SCEU Learning Festival.

problem

ST Logistics needed compelling, professional video content to communicate workforce development efforts and organisational milestones to senior leadership and external stakeholders — with no room for error given the calibre of the audience.

solution

I led the end-to-end video production process — from brainstorming and conceptualisation with key business heads like the Head of Communications and CHRO, to coordinating filming with external partners including SkillsFuture Singapore, SAP Asia, Workforce Singapore, and Republic Polytechnic. Using CapCut and Canva, I transformed raw footage into polished, high-quality videos ready for boardrooms and national-level events.

Inspired by the power of visuals to cut through noise and connect people, my passion for video production took root. Working alongside business leaders and key stakeholders, I saw firsthand how a well-crafted video could energise a leadership retreat, honour a team's journey, or bring a brand to life. Thus, I set out on a mission to turn raw footage into narratives that truly resonate.

I brainstormed and conceptualized several 8-minute videos with key business heads like Head – Communications, Chief Human Resource Officer. Also collaborated with various key stakeholders e.g., SkillsFuture Singapore, SAP Asia, Workforce Singapore, Republic Polytechnic, to film a section featured in the video. And utilized media design and editing tools like CapCut and Canva to transform raw clips and video footage into high-quality finished video.

Project 1: People Branding Video

I was tasked by the CHRO to create a year-in-review video for the Senior Management’s Retreat. Through this project, I’ve coordinated with various stakeholders and filmed the necessary footages to produce the video.
