I was tasked to apply what I've learned about making data-driven decisions to a real business challenge faced by global technology companies like Yahoo, Google, and Facebook.
Across multiple projects commissioned by the CHRO, I conceptualised and produced corporate videos for high-stakes audiences — including ST Logistics' Board of Directors, Senior Management, and distinguished guests such as the Deputy Secretary-General of NTUC and the Chief Executive of SSG at the STL-SCEU Learning Festival.
From discovery research to ready-to-post content — a 3-month social media marketing strategy for ArrowMe Logistics, built on consumer insights and brought to life through original content under #ArrowMeLah.
Inspired by a simple but powerful observation — that the way an organisation presents itself to the world shapes the kind of talent it attracts — this project began.
Inspired by a genuine desire to connect with and guide those just starting their journey, these two projects reflected a side of me that goes beyond the desk — a leader who shows up, plans ahead, and brings people together.
